How long we retain your data

Services Offered

Service Fulfillment

  1. **Initial Consultation and Onboarding:** Clients interested in our bookkeeping services can schedule a free initial consultation through our website. During the consultation, we will assess your bookkeeping needs and discuss the scope of our services.


  1. **Service Agreement:** Upon agreement, a Service Contract outlining the specific services, fees, and terms will be provided for review and signature.


  1. **Onboarding** Clients are required to complete the onboarding process to ensure timely completion of accurate financial reports.  The onboarding process includes providing access to Profit in your Pocket Bookkeeping for financial institutions and invoicing software.  Other documentation will likely be requested as well.    


  1. **Document Submission:** Clients are required to submit all necessary financial documents digitally through our secure client portal or email, as specified in the Service Contract.


  1. **Service Delivery:** Our bookkeeping services will be performed according to the timeline specified in the Service Contract. Regular updates and financial reports will be provided through email and via the Month-End Close package, if it has been selected by the client.  Profit in your Pocket reserves the right to postpone delivery deadlines based on the timeliness of responses from the client.  Financial information withheld by the client will also impact the accuracy of financial reporting.  Profit in your Pocket is not responsible for errors in omission of information.  Corrections to financial reports due to lack of information will incur additional fees as stated in the contract and service agreement.


  1. **Payment:** Fees for bookkeeping services are billed monthly and payable upon receipt of the invoice. Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, and check.


Data Security and Privacy

We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your financial information. Our website and client portal use encryption and secure protocols to protect your data. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Purchase Currency

Our business operates primarily in The United States Dollar for all transactions. Please note that exchange rates may apply if you are purchasing from a different country or using a different currency. The final amount charged to your account may vary slightly due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

Payment Methods Accepted

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their service agreement at any time. Any prepaid fees for services not rendered will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.  Please note that the accuracy of financial reporting will only be as accurate as the documentation provided by the client.

Amendments to the Fulfillment Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
