The goal of the Restoration Phase is to achieve a Known Financial Position, or KFP as popularized by my mentor, Ellen Rohr. With the information gathered using the Express Lane Checklist, your Chart of Accounts, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet will all become current, concise, and customized. We will have frequent communication for clarification and customization.
